We are currently seeking an HR Retention Associate to join a performance-driven organization committed to employee experience and workforce development. This role is ideal for an early-career HR or talent professional who is passionate about creating meaningful connections with frontline employees and supporting strong retention practices. This is a full-time, onsite position based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Candidates must be local, position will include 50% regular travel to locations throughout the South including Alabama, Mississippi and Arkansas and surrounding areas as required within driving distance. This is afield-based positionsupporting multiple locations withinthe Deep South Region. Candidates must have the ability to travel to sites within driving distance on a weekly basis. About the Role: The Engagement & Onboarding Specialist will serve as the bridge between newly hired employees and operational leadership, ensuring that every new team member experiences a thoughtful and inclusive onboarding process. This role plays a key part in advancing employee retention, engagement, and connection to company values during the first crucial months of employment. You'll work closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and site leadership to coordinate events, track engagement data, conduct stay interviews, and support employee communications and recognition programs.
