Summary
Responsible for day-to-day financial transactions including invoice and expense processing, data reconciliations, and various other transactional functions. Essential Functions Verify the accuracy of invoices and expenses. Process a high volume of AP transactions including coding and entering invoices into the Accounting system. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. Respond to inquiries in a timely and orderly manner. Assist with month-end close processes and annual audits. Perform recordkeeping and prepare finance reports. Files, maintains and distributes accounting documents, records and reports.
