Summary
Responsible for day-to-day financial transactions including invoice and expense processing, data reconciliations, and various other transactional functions.
Essential Functions
Verify the accuracy of invoices and expenses.
Process a high volume of AP transactions including coding and entering invoices into the Accounting system.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Respond to inquiries in a timely and orderly manner.
Assist with month-end close processes and annual audits.
Perform recordkeeping and prepare finance reports.
Files, maintains and distributes accounting documents, records and reports.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent required or

Associate's Degree Finance preferred

Experience

accounting/Finance experience 0-1 year required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good analytical skills required.

Accurate with high volume data entry.

Ability to accurately type 50 keystrokes per minute.

Ability to analyze and process Excel spreadsheets.

Attention to detail.
