Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst - Legal Document Review Location: On-site Job Type: Contract Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (1+ year) About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our legal operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing legal documents related to civil litigation and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality before they are sent to third-party legal partners. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in legal processes, civil procedures, or quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: * Review physical legal documents for accuracy and completeness. * Ensure documents meet state-specific legal requirements. * Validate that all document contents match corresponding paperwork. * Check notarization and other formalities on legal documents. * Conduct judgment and complaint validations as needed. * Test and verify information before external distribution. Top Skills Required: * Knowledge of collection law (ideal). * Experience with civil litigation procedures. * Prior experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or in a similar function. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). * Strong understanding of credit card processes. * Solid basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Paralegal certification (nice to have). * Experience working in a legal or financial services environment. Experience: * Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in legal, QA, or financial services. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.13/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
