Description: Seeking a System Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring production systems and services are maintained and supported as necessary to support the efficient IT operations of our Customer. This person will provide end user support both onsite and remote where applicable. Monitors all systems and services and take action to ensure optimum performance and reliability. Maintains a Life Cycle Plan for IT assigned systems and services. Implement hardware and software installations and/or changes to achieve maximum user productivity and uptime. Interpret user business and technology needs and implement appropriate, approved solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner. Implement, and maintain systems and services in support of company business development efforts and IT department plans while maintaining the current security landscape. Collaborates regularly with IT Systems Engineering team in the support of the business users and technology standards.
