The Arkema N.A. Goods and Services Purchasing team has an opening for a Regional Purchasing Manager based out of Radnor, PA. This is a full-time professional role eligible for the Hybrid Work policy (maximum two days work from home). JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Regional Purchasing Manager (RPM), for Indirect Purchasing for eight (8) sites. This individual will have category responsibility and accountability for designated categories of spend for goods and services including but not limited to MRO, capital projects, and maintenance. Category assignments to be assigned after selections are made and will be based on spend, individual experience and strengths. The RPM will facilitate aligning their assigned sites with strategic & capital procurement teams and other regional category strategies as part of central led procurement team, and departmental objectives. Oversee rollout of new or existing categories to assigned sites and provide status updates. Will develop site based and regional strategy and implement these strategies for assigned sites, working collaboratively with the internal customers to achieve savings and to optimize value for Arkema. Create and execute sourcing strategies for local and regional spend, including capital projects managed at the local level. Ongoing supplier management and contract ownership, including identification of cost savings opportunities and manage supplier base to achieve agreed upon performance metrics. Oversee site based or regional buyers with tactical responsibility for ensuring that buyer-led sourcing events are conducted in accordance with policy.
