Advantage xPO is hiring a Claims Specialist in Neenah, WI. Get your foot in the door with our local client and secure a 100% remote, full-time position.

Pay | $21.50 per hour

Requirements | A bachelor's degree + 8+ years of equivalent experience + Proficiency in SAP and Excel

Claims Specialist Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the transportation claims inbox and work with the vendors, customers, and internal partners.
• Maintain daily contact with key client contacts and perform data entry/order processing.
• Document and report on the status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls.
• Coordinate with the freight payment team to ensure any disputes with transportation carriers are solved timely.
• Communicate with carriers to ensure that there are no gaps in the information required.
• Provide other support as needed.
