The Recovery Coach (Case Manager) is dedicated to working with individuals who have a serious mental illness and live in the community. The goal of recovery coaching services is empowering individuals to become more physically and mentally well, independent, and integrated into their community. A recovery coach functions as a case manager and provides participants a pathway toward recovery and positive change through linkage to services, supports, and resources as well as problem resolution in their community. This role is community based and expected to work out in the community most of the time however some work from home is possible if not meeting with individuals or needed in the office.
