Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Worker to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide clients through the tax resolution process, serve as their advocate, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Client Management: Conduct initial consultations, collect financial documentation, and assess eligibility for tax relief programs. * Communication & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and clear guidance throughout their case. * Collaboration: Work closely with legal and tax professionals to develop resolution strategies and submit documentation to the IRS and state agencies. * Follow-up & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, track case progress, and ensure timely follow-ups to meet deadlines.
