Ameren Services includes a wide range of skill sets and roles, from finance and legal experts to digital and cyber specialists, plus those charged with ensuring environmental compliance and operational safety. The goal of the Skilled Craft Education Program (SCEP) program is to prepare and pipeline students for full time employment into our entry level apprenticeships. The program includes job readiness skills, pre-employment testing tools, ambassador partnerships/demos and tours aligned to support curriculum development and the opportunity to compete for full time careers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED

• Must be a current/recent Skilled Craft Education Program participant
