Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. seeks PS Program Director (LATAM) in Menlo Park, CA. ** Telecommuting allowed for this position.**

Job Description: Responsible for project management and ownership of multiple, concurrent medium - to large-sized, large enterprise cloud deployment, or solution engagements, adhering to and improving the Genesys delivery methodology; Lead and coordinate global project delivery by managing multiple multicultural teams across Latin American regions; Proactively and predictively manage the project(s) including developing a work plan, resource request for allocation, scheduling resources, setting goals and priorities, ensuring deliverables are met, reporting project status, tracking and resolving issues, and customer acceptance; Full ownership of the financial variables within the project; lead the project to completion within the originally defined budget with consistent and recurrent financial status and projections both internally and externally; Implement change management process on engagement; Apply appropriate project management knowledge, practice leadership with empathy to drive customer delight and value management in Genesys solution delivery; Educate and collaborate with customers to achieve high NPS scores; Follow standard Genesys Professional Services Operational process and guidelines; Act as primary interface with customer to manage customer expectations, develop risk mitigation strategy, resolve issues, customer acceptance and communicate internally and externally to IT organizations; Act as a point of escalation to resolve large, complex, high-risk engagements; Ensure engagements are on time and on budget; and Identify additional sales opportunities resulting from engagement work. Telecommuting allowed for this position.

Minimum Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. plus five (5) years of experience in a related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, the employer will accept two (2) additional years of experience in a related occupation.

The position requires five (5) years of experience in the following skill: Experience in Global project delivery, communicating effectively and managing diverse multicultural teams and stakeholders across different regions. The position requires any amount of experience in ALL of the following skills: Experience in project implementation in automotive, financial, telecom, and agricultural industries; Experience in Genesys Engage, PureConnect, and Genesys Cloud implementations; Experience in Implementing and managing customer experience (CX) and contact center as a service (CCaaS) solutions using Genesys platforms; Experience in Agile project management methodologies and practices; Certified Scrum Master (CSM); and Native or near-native competence in Spanish and Portuguese is required. Salary range: $166,277.00 - $186,277.00

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$141,800.00 - $263,200.00
