Trilogy Federal provides financial management, information technology (IT) consulting, program management services, and strategic consulting to federal agencies. Trilogy Federal is looking for a remote Project Manager to lead and manage a financial system modernization project for a local state agency. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of contact for all contractor-related matters, liaising directly with external and internal stakeholders in an agile environment. This role requires an experienced project manager with a proven track record of managing complex projects within a state, local, or federal government environment, ensuring successful delivery of mission-critical outcomes.
Please note this position is contingent upon award (July 2025). Upon award, work is projected to last through November 2025 with an immediate anticipated follow-on.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our client in all matters related to project performance and SME support.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including budget oversight, resource allocation, risk management, and project lifecycle management.
  • Complete all assigned projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
  • Lead project team and all technical and business aspects of the project including client interface, presentations - both technical and executive presentations.
  • Support team members by removing roadblocks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the project is on track.
  • Coordinate all external clients and subcontractors as well as internal functional requirements for the project.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 years of overall relevant experience, preferably leading IT or IT-adjacent projects
  • Working experience within state, local, or federal government agencies.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • An outstanding ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification
  • Hands on experience with CGI's Advantage ERP
  • State, Local or Federal experience.

This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
