Product Manager - AI Defense

The AI Software & Platform Team delivers AI products so businesses around the world defend against threats and safeguard the most important aspects of business with security resilience. We are passionate about making businesses secure and simplifying security with zero compromise.

As a Product Manager working on AI Defense within our AI Software & Platform team, you will be responsible for leading efforts passionate about the following:

• Identify market opportunities and drive strategic product decisions that position Cisco AI Defense as a leader in the industry
• Collaborate with software engineering, design, and product marketing teams to define, prioritize, and launch AI Defense features
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management to deliver features that protect customers' AI models, applications, and data from attacks, data leakage, and compliance risks.
• Stay ahead of the evolving AI threat landscape by continuously evaluating advancements in AI security risks and defining strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Gather feedback from customers and partners to continuously improve product offerings
  
  

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2-3 years of recent experience in AI and security products.
• Consistent track record of productizing enterprise technologies at scale, delivering impactful and scalable solutions.
• Background in security, AI, or related fields, with a passion for addressing challenges and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with a focus on applying technical expertise to drive innovation and security in AI Defense.
  
  

• Strong background in cybersecurity or AI Security, with experience in protecting AI models and applications
• Excellent written, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills, enabling effective partner engagement and decision-making in high-stakes environments.
• Demonstrated experience in solving security challenges, including data leakage prevention, compliance risks, and adversarial AI threats.
