Job Description

As a Sr. Manager you will partner with NA stakeholders to drive key performance KPIs, develop analytical insights, oversee guidelines for sales crediting and scaled support for account executives.You will work closely with key cross-functional stakeholders and sales leaders including business unit leaders, sales operations, finance, strategy, account executives, and communications functions to develop and implement cohesive analyses, processes, and reporting for all stakeholders that will drive actionable results for the business. The position is based in either Foster City or San Francisco, California.

Accountabilities:

  • Audit Sales Crediting Processes by clarifying definitions, developing guidelines, creating analytical models, and review input from key stakeholders to drive Visa revenue

  • Support sales cycle and pipeline management by driving ops reviewed financials, modeling deals, and forecasting to identify gaps to YE performance

  • Drive sales data insights through analytics that will help drive business priorities and initiatives to improve product and sales effectiveness

  • Incorporating long term company goals into KPIs and coordinating with partners to negotiate targets and applying them to segments and individuals

  • Support cross-functional efforts to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Foster productive relationships at all levels within the team and across Visa

  • Minimal travel required

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Product management, management consulting, or business operations equivalent experience (3+ years)
  • Payments experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage high complexity, effectively manage time, and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with superior analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and synthesize data
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word required
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 149,900.00 to 217,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
