Featured Job Unit Director - OR, Pre-op and PACU SURGERY Full Time 85261BR Job Summary The Director Oversees the Operating Room, PACU and Pre-op, and manages a highly specialized technical function / team. Has significant responsibility to achieve broadly stated goals through subordinate managers. Determines objectives, directs programs, develops strategies and policies, manages human, financial, and physical resources, and functions with a high degree of autonomy. Proactively assesses risk to establish systems and procedures to protect organizational assets. Determines strategies for a program with organization-wide impact. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. The estimated salary range for this position is $250,000- $300,000 (Annual Rate).
