Job Title: Marketing Creative Project Manager
Location: Nashville, TN (37228) (Hybrid) Duration: 5 Months Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will support the Supplemental Benefits business segment by executing critical tasks required to go to market with new products and initiatives that support the aggressive Direct to Consumer (DTC) channel growth goals. This role will initiate nationwide state filing of direct response advertisements for the customer acquisition team. These ads generate responses for Medicare Supplement insurance and additional supplemental insurance products including Cancer, Heart, Accident, Hospital Indemnity and Whole Life. Responsibilities * Prepare assets and manage submissions for marketing compliance review and state department of insurance filings * Ensure ad content is accurate based on state specific product details and compliance requirements before submitting for compliance and/or state review * Gather all necessary information from a variety of sources to create required documents including statements of variability * Work closely with compliance and state filing teams to ensure assets adhere to the compliance/filing checklist * Partner with state filing teams to manage and respond to all state department of insurance filing objections/questions in a timely manner * Maintain detailed documentation of creative approvals by geography and ensure accurate usage of creative by geography * Exemplify problem-solving skills, uses a sound system of judgement to thoroughly analyze various options before making a decision Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree preferred * 5+ years of relevant experience * Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment * Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines * Superior organizational skills * Ability to effectively multi-task/juggle multiple projects concurrently * Excellent attention to detail a must * Familiar with Adobe Acrobat file editing * Experience in a highly regulated industry, health insurance and/or Medicare a plus, but not required |
