Central Manufacturing Quality Engineer

CNH is seeking a Central Manufacturing Quality Engineer to help lead our Customer Protection Inspection process within the manufacturing facility in Grand Island, NE. Primary focus for this lead is related to our Customer Protection Inspection procedure, ensuring the product is built to required "customer" specification prior to final shipment. Provide central manufacturing support to plant personnel.

Support of PCPA for both current assembly and new product launches.
• PFMEA on-site support.
• Share new/updated procedures with the plant personnel.
• Provide ADPU data collection support in development of ongoing process.
• Resource scheduling for plant CPI Inspectors.
• Conducting inspections.
• Data entry.
• Summarizing information and share lessons learned.

The annual salary for this role is $72,800 - $106,700 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years direct manufacturing quality experience.
