Job Description The Engineering Project Leader is responsible for managing integration, design and development of brake and clutch products across a wide portfolio. The candidate will provide technical leadership and support for the refinement and assimilation of products into the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) using practices of CI, 80/20, VAVE and NPD. Candidates likely to succeed in the role will have strong product application for electromechanical products and processes, They will have mastery of product realization and abilities to envision product potential and capability. This collaborative role will provide multiple opportunities to partner across EMCB sites in the U.S. or across the globe with 2-4 focused engagements that may extend over 6-12 months each. Most assignments will be supported virtually and require occasional travel 5-15% depending upon project and core team needs. The role will be based in South Beloit from our Advanced Development site during the rotational period. Candidates will ultimately land within a team, product or location that best maps personal strengths, organizational needs and personal interests after several assignments. Major Responsibilities:
