Staffmark is hiring dependable and safety-focused Manufacturing Operators for a top manufacturer of eco-friendly, recycled plastic products. If
you're experienced in manufacturing and ready to join a team that values sustainability, growth, and teamwork-this is your opportunity!

Pay: $18.48/hr

Shift: 12-hour nights | 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM | 2-2-3 rotating schedule (36

hrs one week, 48 hrs the next)

What You'll Do:



  • Operate and support extrusion/contour lines
  • Assist with line changeovers, staging materials, and production monitoring
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and document production data
  • Follow safety procedures (Lock Out Tag Out, PPE, etc.)
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with training and break coverage



What You Bring:



  • 1+ year of machine operation experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Ability to lift 50-60 lbs and work 12-hour shifts
  • Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Plastics or extrusion experience a plus
  • Strong attendance and commitment to safety and teamwork
