Staffmark is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Operations Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Chino, CA. In this key role, you'll oversee operational accounting processes related to billing, revenue, and analytics-supporting data-driven decision-making and contributing to the financial success of the company. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams and play a vital role in improving financial systems and reporting. Pay: $95,000-$110,000/year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Lead billing and revenue operations, ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue recognition Analyze income vs. expenses and identify opportunities to improve profitability Support month-end close, financial reviews, and internal audits Drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements Mentor junior team members and present financial analysis to leadership Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operational analysis Strong Excel and ERP system skills Knowledge of revenue metrics and accounting best practices Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Our partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve.
