We're seeking a dynamic Director of Implementation to oversee the deployment of origination products within our Lending & Deposit platforms. In this role, you'll provide strategic management for implementation teams, ensuring seamless integration across lending and deposit solutions by unifying processes, tools, and resources.

You'll collaborate closely with customers, internal product teams, and project management to coordinate implementation schedules and activities, setting the stage for a smooth and effective product launch.

This position may be worked remotely within the United States.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Provides strategic management of installation services for new customers
  • Receives, analyzes, assigns and monitors installation projects.
  • Manages the implementation revenue process to include revenue recognition and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Facilitates regular status meetings.
  • Assists customers as required with review and resolution of issues before, during and after conversion.
  • Guides project managers with the development, implementation, and testing of effective project plans, in addition to performing overviews of customer facing tools such as implementation guides.
  • Supports the sales process by participating in new sales visits and conference calls.
  • Provides additional information and or approvals on quotes, installation dates, etc.
  • Works with existing customer base on acquisition, merger, and migration business activities.
  • Provides review and approval on quotes, installation dates, process information, contracts, etc.
  • Reviews backlogs and internal transitions to determine where resources must be allocated.
  • Assists in the development of new procedures to improve performance.
  • Participates in tactical and strategic planning.
  • Participates in development projects involving new product features and functions.
  • Develops and reviews processes utilized to obtain product design information from customers in an effective manner that promotes an efficient implementation process.
  • Manages the budget process. Tracks revenue and expenses to approved budget.
  • Audits monthly financial reports to ensure all installation services are billed.
  • Escalates key product issues to R&D for resolution.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in deposit or loan origination solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
  • Must be able to travel up to 20% for client meetings, trainings, or conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience managing the implementation revenue process to include revenue recognition and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Experience managing departmental structure, workforce planning, career development, training, planning and budgeting.
  • Able to manage all aspects of a successful installation.
  • Able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple and complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of company products and services.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial industry.
