Key Responsibilities

Client Knowledge & Brand Stewardship

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of clients' business units, products, goals, and brand guidelines

  • Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, ensuring consistent brand representation across all deliverables

  • Build trust with team members and clients through meticulous attention to detail and sound judgment

Project Management

  • Create and execute detailed project plans, adapting as needed to meet evolving requirements

  • Manage information flow across all project phases, ensuring internal requirements and proper approvals

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

  • Be able to maintain and build relationships connected to media buy currently and proposed

  • Manage and oversee inbox for custom contractor requests specific to primary client

  • Track project scope, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation

  • Provide direct support to account managers on diverse client initiatives

  • Master project management software for data input, reporting, and cross-office coordination that maintain desired utilization across the team

Client Communication & Quality Control

  • Attend client meetings as needed, providing comprehensive meeting recaps, be able to take notes and mark up documents with edits

  • Coordinate internal briefings, ensuring accurate agency direction and thorough follow-up

  • Maintain regular client status reports and project updates

  • Review copy, layouts, and proofs for accuracy before client submission

  • Execute media plans by tracking deadlines and coordinating with production teams

  • Identify potential issues proactively and assist in developing solutions

  • Collaborate with senior management when escalation is appropriate

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Working towards or already received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business or related field

  • Previous internship experience in project or account management preferred

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of project management methodology

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with particular emphasis on professional email etiquette

  • Superior organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail

  • Demonstrated capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Macintosh operating systems

  • Understanding of Adobe Acrobat and proofing capabilities

  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to navigate conflicting situations with diplomacy

  • Standard 8-hour workday plus 1-hour lunch, with flexibility required based on client needs and workload

  • Collaborative agency environment requiring coordination with creative teams, production, visual merchandisers, and third-party vendors

  • Candidate can be remote, but must have high speed internet for file transfers, camera and markups, etc.
