Position required to work during periods of adverse weather or other emergencies:
Minimum Experience/Education

High School Diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
Associates Degree 2 years of administrative or program support experience, preferably in higher education. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office - Intermediate, Banner, AggieMart and Title III experience strongly preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, strong orientation towards accuracy, strict adherence to maintaining confidentiality. Provide administrative support, serve as first point of contact and communication liaison. Assist with budget and procurement, data and reporting.

Provide administrative support to Center of Leadership & Organizational Excellence ( CLOE).
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
