Your Impact As an Engineering Project Manager, you will play a strategic role in delivering AI-powered Experience Orchestration that transforms post-purchase digital experiences for Cisco's customers, partners, and sellers. You'll lead initiatives that harness the power of artificial intelligence, data automation, and marketing automation technologies to create personalized, scalable, and seamless experiences across Cisco product adoption, renewals, and growth. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to integrate and operationalize diverse, high-quality data sources-including, but not limited to, customer profiles, install base, telemetry, and feedback. This data, governed by strict regulatory standards, enables intelligent automation and insight-driven decisions that power immersive digital experiences for Cisco customers. Your leadership will help drive improvements in customer satisfaction, recurring revenue, cost savings, and sales effectiveness for Cisco and its partners.
