AQuality Engineerworks within thequalityteam to ensure the overallqualityof a manufactured product and is tasked with creating documentation, devisingqualitytests and defining the criteria a test result should meet. They play a key role in fixing issues when they arise. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensuring the proper level of internal quality Managing problem solving, containment and corrective actions Developing control standards, instructions, control plans Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and generating KPI reports Managing internal improvement plans Cooperating with relevant support functions Improvingthe quality of the production line Running system, process and product audits Ensuring correct nonconforming and suspect product management Participate in change approval process Providing quality coaching for production staff Exercise judgment on details of work and in application of standard methods for conventional work Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment English language on communicative level in writing and speaking Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, 5WHY, Statistical Tools, SPC, etc.) Excellent PC skills with the ability to produce high quality document deliverables in short time scales Familiar with technical documentation Team player able to work independently General Job Requirements
