Summary:

The Senior Manager of Technical Account Management will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience for Cencora's manufacturer clients. This position focuses on optimizing the use of technology to ensure customers gain the maximum benefit from our service offerings. You will be responsible for managing the technical and product experiences across a diverse portfolio, collaborating closely with product teams and operational partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will cultivate strong senior-level relationships within key accounts to support Biopharma Services operations teams and overall client relationships. You will also develop an in-depth understanding of client program goals and technical roadmaps, using this knowledge to support and drive their strategic initiatives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve the customer product experience for Cencora's manufacturer clients

  • Manage technical and product experiences across our portfolio

  • Collaborate with product teams and operational partners to ensure a world-class customer

  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within key accounts

  • Support Biopharma Services operations teams

  • Understand client program goals and technical roadmaps to support and drive their strategy

  • Navigates ambiguity, simplifies the complex and responds effectively to unclear situations

  • Change leadership, initiates, manages, supports and promotes necessary change

  • challenges the status quo in a professional, positive manner and develops strategic solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in account leadership and technical implementations

  • Demonstrated depth of knowledge of life sciences industry and Cencora customer portfolio

  • Ability to acquire and grow executive customer relationships and productive and collaborative partnerships at all levels of customer organizations

  • Ability to work collaboratively, to mobilize teams with large cross-functional groups toward a set of common goals

  • Comfortable navigating uncharted areas to address and close organizational gaps

  • Outstanding strategic and operational competencies, strong creativity and next-minded approach to customer solutions

  • Proactive Self-Starter: Demonstrated success in program management, implementationplanning and goal setting

  • Over 10 years of experience implementing services for healthcareor biopharma companies

  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept atpreparing reports and disseminating information

  • Presentation Skills: Experienced in public speaking and client presentations, possessingstrong interpersonal skills

  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working andbusiness relationships

  • Leadership: Capable of leading teams without direct authority to achieve goals alignedwith Cencora's strategic accounts

  • Client Relations: Maintains excellent relationships with clients and routinely meets withsenior leadership within key accounts

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and business acumen

  • Ability to interpret industrytrends and competitive information to develop responsive strategies and tactics

  • Creativity and Focus: Highly creative, focused and disciplined

  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of digital technologies and integration concepts

  • Ability to learn and provide guidance to effectively use Cencora systems andprograms

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
