Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team in Holland, MI. As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will: Become a subject matter expert in analyzing business requirements and identifying appropriate IT solutions. Lead projects, conduct independent research, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and implementations. Essential Functions
- Lead process mapping sessions, analyze existing business processes, and identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Outline costs, benefits, and outcomes for IT projects
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional design specifications that can be understood by developers and system architects
- Manage small to medium-sized IT projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Configure systems to meet business requirements and conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality and data integrity
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to business users on system functionality, best practices, and issue resolution. Understand all tools the company currently employs across all functions.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of new trends and identifying opportunities to enhance IT processes, systems, and service delivery.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information systems, Supply Chain, Procurement, or equivalent.
- Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years of experience with planning (commodity planning, operations planning, demand planning, etc.) OR 4 years of experience with planning if no post-secondary education.
- 5 years of experience with planning (commodity planning, operations planning, demand planning, etc.) with a Bachelor's Degree OR 3 years of experience with planning with a Master's Degree.
