Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team in Holland, MI.

As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will:

Become a subject matter expert in analyzing business requirements and identifying appropriate IT solutions. Lead projects, conduct independent research, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and implementations.

Essential Functions

  • Lead process mapping sessions, analyze existing business processes, and identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Outline costs, benefits, and outcomes for IT projects
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional design specifications that can be understood by developers and system architects
  • Manage small to medium-sized IT projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and resources
  • Configure systems to meet business requirements and conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality and data integrity
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to business users on system functionality, best practices, and issue resolution. Understand all tools the company currently employs across all functions.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of new trends and identifying opportunities to enhance IT processes, systems, and service delivery.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information systems, Supply Chain, Procurement, or equivalent.
  • Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years of experience with planning (commodity planning, operations planning, demand planning, etc.) OR 4 years of experience with planning if no post-secondary education.
  • 5 years of experience with planning (commodity planning, operations planning, demand planning, etc.) with a Bachelor's Degree OR 3 years of experience with planning with a Master's Degree.
  • Military Equivalency at www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military
  • Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
  • Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to apply SAP business configurations.
  • Understands planning at future state and project deliverable levels.
  • Develops ability to cascade change through organization.
  • Ability to identify measures and critical milestones.
  • Experience with applications like ECC, SAP APO, Ariba, ERP systems, Excel, and AI.
