The Job

The Director of Program Management is responsible for defining, mobilizing and overseeing program governance and project execution for the portfolio of member-experience related initiatives. The role will be accountable for partnering across the organization to identify dependencies, manage issues/risks, facilitate decision resolution, establish end to end solutions, define an integrated project plan, drive program execution, deliver customer-centric solutions, and support change management.

You Will



  • Establish standardized and repeatable processes to support the oversight and governance of a portfolio of member-experience related initiatives. Including tracking, monitoring & reporting on key initiatives, measures and metrics.
  • Collaborate across the organization to identify issues, risks, dependencies, decisions and key sequencing considerations. Establish a framework to enable quick decision making, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
  • Deploy agile principles (in partnership with IT partners) across projects and programs, to improve collaboration, execution and delivery outcomes.
  • Oversee the end-to-end enablement of our desktop / customer relationship management solution, partnering across multiple functional stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to deliver an optimal solution that meet the varied business needs and enables our future-state vision for our members, providers, and brokers.
  • Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and program decision making to effectively drive continuous improvement and consumer-centric solution definition.
  • Partner with business, product and IT to establish logical business architecture; align product roadmaps and capability definition to maximize investment and achieve targeted business objectives.
  • Business Process Re-Engineering - Assist with defining new processes, refining existing process & challenging the status quo.
  • Change Management -- Define & implement strategies to support training, upskilling, communication, experience and end user adoption.

Your Qualifications



  • 10+ years of complex initiative oversight, project management, and technology implementation.
  • Delivery of large scale, cross-organization initiatives, including change management and end user adoption.
  • Member & operations experience; prefer healthcare (clinical and/or contact center)
  • Implementation of a desktop / customer relationship management solution, across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Technology solutions / platforms (telephony, desktop, omni-channel, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Genesys, Campaign Management platforms, or AI technology platforms
  • Problem Solving - Advanced
  • Program / Project Management - Advanced
  • Process Improvements - Advanced
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Advanced
  • Cross-Organization Collaboration - Advanced

  • Proven background of overseeing program implementations, including change management for people, processes and technology.
  • Experience overseeing complex initiatives; Ability to engage with stakeholders, analyze options, and drive open items to resolution.
  • Ability to manage complex items / decisions to completion, including assessment, prioritization and sequencing.
