Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Position Summary: The Strategic Account Manager is a critical point of contact for Strategic accounts. The position is responsible for selling company product and services into these accounts and supporting the outside sales force. The SAM maintains and in-depth knowledge of strategic customer requirements. The SAM is to be an advocate for the customer and all TTM plants. The SAM will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining customer score cards. The SAM is responsible for working with the factories to keeps the scores in good standing. Works with the Sr. Director, Strategic Sales Team and outside sales to identity value added opportunities with the customer. Manages customer communications with the plants and resolves customer related issues. Key TTM resource for managing the customer relationship and communicating changes in the marketplace. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
