The Position

As the project manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of various projects of a moderately complex nature, taking initiatives from their original concept through to completion. You will develop and direct detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, spending budgets, resource plans, and status reports. Conducting project meetings, you will be responsible for tracking progress and performing detailed analyses.

Additionally, you will use your strong leadership skills to recommend and take action to address and solve issues that arise during the project. Your leadership will foster collaboration and problem-solving among team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

The Position
  • Manages project team information to support project team, LCT, and/or LCC decision-making.

  • Accountable for quality implementation in projects, including project risk management, critical path analysis, scenario creation and analysis, budgeting, and robust planning.

  • Experienced with technical transfers across sites involving equipment and process transfer.

  • Identifies and communicates issues proactively to a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Creates, coordinates, and maintains integrated project plans in the Project & Portfolio Management Tool (PPM).

  • Identifies gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays, challenges assumptions, and proposes options to close gaps and keep projects on schedule.

  • Consistently executes project management processes, manages preparation for project milestone reviews, and may lead improvement initiatives.

Who You Are
  • You have a Bachelo's Degree in science, engineering or business administration. Master's Degree in science, engineering or business administration preferred. Equivalent combination of education and work experience acceptable.

  • You have 8 years project management, product development and/or relevant experience. PMP certification preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Problem solving skills and ability to coordinate project related activities.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Demonstrate stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

  • Diagnostic, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical industry and/or relevant diagnostic area knowledge preferred.

  • Proficient in MS Project and/or Project & Portfolio Management Tool.

  • Ability to manage projects with ambitious milestones.

  • Ability to escalate and drive management decisions in relation to project execution and

resource needs.

  • Understanding of relevant Design Control and/or Phased Development processes preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Project Management specific training and/or certification preferred.

Travel Requirements

  • As needed. Based on business needs.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Branchburg, NJ is 109,000.00 - 202,400.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
