Senior Business Process Analyst

What will you do: -

• Transform data into business insights
• Evaluating and surfacing insights and business opportunities through data and analytics
• Supporting the pest intelligence value proposition to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Provide technical partnership with the business for digital projects.
• Serve as the primary stakeholder interface on assigned projects; reviewing recommendations with stakeholders and receiving approval to proceed; providing updates on project status, timelines, and problems; reviewing final outcomes with the client and obtaining their sign off that all work has been conducted in accordance with stakeholder requirements
• Partner with the delivery team to create innovative and cutting-edge solutions to support the pest division digital needs
• Work on POCs for customer facing reporting

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience as an analyst or similar roles
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data and data analytics tools to drive decisions and identify trends and patterns
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as ADO or Jira
• Experience in writing SQL queries, functions and stored procedures
• Ability to think strategically and problem solve
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Added plus if experienced in databricks and python
• Producing and presenting insights based on data
• Advanced principles and practices of project management and workflow analysis.
• Principles, methods and techniques used in designing, developing, testing data science models.
