Pay: $19 - $23/hr. Schedule: Monday through Friday, may work weekends, must be flexible. Key Responsibilities: This role requires reliable and punctual attendance to support catering operations both on-site and off-site. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup and breakdown, coordinating logistics, managing event materials, and supporting communication with clients and vendors. The position involves maintaining accurate event records, creating printed materials, and helping develop customized menus. Additional duties include inventory management, ensuring sanitation standards, and providing on-site support during events to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Qualified candidates will have over a year of experience catering/coordinating for events and conference centers. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
