Work Location: 1349 Wilmington Pike West Chester, PA 19382 Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (Must be flexible around branch hours) Function: Responsible is to assist the Regional Manager with the day-to-day sales and operations of assigned branches within the Region along with the management and operation of the branch in an effective and profitable manner, promoting bank products and services and providing quality customer service and satisfaction in accordance with the bank's policies, procedures, and philosophy. Performs lending activities. Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Requires a four- year degree or equivalent. Experience: Ten plus years of general business experience required, plus five to ten years of specialized experience in sales management required. Successful completion of the retail training program required. Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device: 50% of the day; operates electronic equipment: 10% of the day; operates office equipment: 10% of the day. Travel is required to alternate work locations weekly. Standing is required 3 hours per day. Sitting is required 3 hours per day. Walking is required 1.5 hours per day. Routinely lifts up to 10 lbs., 3 times per day. Maximum lift is 50 lbs., 1 time per day. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 40% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work.
