We also have a handful of other retail entities in the markets where the fit is right: Little Dukes, Ace Hardware, Country Floral Gifts & Greenhouse, Caribou Coffee, Dunn Bros Coffee, and Erbert and Gerbert's.


Overview

Are you passionate about great food and outstanding service? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deli Department Lead to support daily operations and help lead our team in delivering exceptional guest service. In this leadership role, you'll help ensure our deli is fresh, well-stocked, and a highlight of the store.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to exceptional guest service, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities of the Deli Department Lead:

  • Assist in overseeing the Deli Department to ensure guest satisfaction and company standards are met.
  • Lead and support deli team members in a positive, professional environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, helpful manner, offer samples, and promote products to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain freshness and quality of all deli items, while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Typical shifts are during afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with occasional day shifts as needed.
