About the job

The Associate, Talent Management will act as the agency Talent Management Coordinator while absorbing a myriad of training and specialized rotations within our COEs to gain cross functional experience and exposure. The Associate will gain a general awareness and understanding of the employee lifecycle as it relates to talent management, through proactive self-education, rotations and participation in network/agency initiatives.

A day in the life

- Conducting new hire check-ins
- Ongoing involvement in culture building/employee engagement initiatives
- Developing rapports with employees
- Shadowing employee relations to manage conflict resolutions
- Sharing knowledge of benefits and appropriate systems across the organization
- Conducting new hire orientation
- Facilitating with the off boarding process, compiling documents for termination and facilitating exit interviews

What you will need

- 1+ years HR experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong relationship building skills

Salary
65000-75000
