SEI is seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to support go-to-market strategies focused on prospecting leads and nurturing client relationships within the Independent Advisor business. You will be responsible for building and deploying go-to-market campaigns and sales enablement tools that help promote our solutions to financial advisors. This role will collaborate closely across marketing and with the product and sales teams to execute targeted campaigns that engage new prospects and deepen relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing and content creation, a solid and growing understanding of go-to-market strategies, and a passion for simplifying complex content.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and client retention

  • Design and manage email marketing initiatives, including list segmentation, campaign execution, A/B testing, editorial calendar, and performance reporting

  • Create compelling content for various stages of a campaign, including blog posts, email copy, landing pages, sales collateral, and social media

  • Collaborate across the business to align marketing campaigns with sales initiatives and channel-specific strategies

  • Support sales enablement by developing presentation decks, email templates, talking points and other tools to help the sales team engage clients and prospects effectively

  • Help develop content that promotes the brand story and highlights advisor success, including case studies, client testimonials, videos and thought leadership

  • Provide content support for conferences and events including pre-event promotions, ad and booth material creation, coordination of CE credit sessions, and post-event follow up communications

  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness

  • Contribute strategic ideas that support the marketing team's initiatives and help drive brand awareness

  • Work with legal and compliance to navigate the approval process

  • Build strong internal relationships to ensure all resources are leveraged and optimized

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the independent advisor market, staying informed of industry trends and competitive positioning

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services

  • Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing strategies

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, SEM, and paid media

  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Eloqua, 6Sense, Workfront, and Salesforce
