True North Senior Advisors of Great Lakes Management is reshaping senior placement with a high-trust, high-touch model that works for families and providers alike. We're looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Placement Operations Lead to be the operational heart of our placement process. You'll coordinate community tours, communicate with families and providers, manage territory billing, and lead our social media presence to build a brand people believe in.

Job Details:

  • Pay: $80,000 / year plus potential of up to $60k in bonuses
  • Location: 12755 Hwy 55 Suite 125, Plymouth, MN 55441

Placement Operations Lead Responsibilities:

Tour & Family Coordination

  • Coordinate every step of the tour experience for families
    • Identify and recommend the right communities based on care needs, pricing, and availability
    • Communicate with communities to confirm they can meet the family's needs
    • Schedule tours that align with the family's schedule and the external advisor's availability
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for family questions and updates before and after tours
  • Track all activity in the CRM to ensure accurate records and seamless advisor handoffs
  • Maintain strong, ongoing knowledge of who has availability, who provides specific care, and which communities are delivering a great experience

Relationship & Operational Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community sales teams and hospital/discharge planners
  • Help collect required documents from healthcare partners and support families in the process
  • Proactively flag any challenges or needs to the external advisor or leadership team

Billing & Invoicing

  • Once a referred resident moves in, handle the entire billing and collections process for the territory
    • Generate and send invoices to the appropriate communities
    • Track payment status and follow up to ensure timely collections
  • Maintain clean, accurate billing records across communities and referrals

Elite Social Media Management

  • Own and elevate the True North social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Create and schedule high-quality content that builds trust and authority in the senior care space
  • Highlight referral success stories, showcase community partners, and deliver helpful content to families
  • Track engagement metrics and adjust strategy to grow reach and brand awareness

Administrative Support

  • Maintain up-to-date databases of community offerings, care levels, availability, and pricing
  • Assist with preparation of tour agendas, reference packets, and other support materials
  • Provide basic reporting on lead activity, referral success, and family satisfaction

  • Are skilled in social media content creation and understand how to grow engagement
  • Are organized, coachable, and excited to help families and communities succeed
  • Prior experience in healthcare, senior living, or customer service is a plus but not required
