Overview
The Department of Human Resources (DHR) is in search of a Configuration Analyst to join their team. This position is a functional configuration analyst position supporting the Department of Human Resources systems. Configuration support includes the PeopleSoft HCM and other applicable DHR systems. General responsibilities include but are not limited to: production support through configuration review and analysis, partnering with the business owner to determine configuration needs and/or align configuration to the business process in addition to troubleshooting daily operational processes, documentation of business processes and functional operations and act as a liaison between the business and other partnering agencies. Additional opportunities, based on experience and knowledgebase, include participation in departmental projects and/or division specific initiatives. The Department is currently supporting a hybrid telework environment. Requests to telework will be considered, with some in person work at our Montpelier office required. Work is performed in a standard office setting, but some travel may be required for which private means of transportation should be available. Work outside of regular business hours may be expected. Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, data science, or related field AND three (3) or more years of experience in data administration, business analysis, statistics, computer programming or design work. OR Six (6) years or more of data administration, business analysis, statistics, computer programming or design work. Preferred Qualifications
