CNC Machine Operator

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Load/unload parts into CNC machines and inspect them for quality
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Interpret blueprints and work orders to ensure product accuracy
• Use precision tools to conduct quality checks
• Perform routine maintenance like chip removal and coolant checks
• Communicate with team members to resolve issues and maintain workflow
• Troubleshoot machine errors and identify improvements
• Cross-train on different machines and processes to expand your skills

What You Bring:

• Previous machine operating experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Safety-conscious mindset and willingness to learn
