Working Capital Fund Analyst (2033)

Assist the Government customer with the financial, administrative, and management functions by assisting in the preparation of finance reports, funding documents, and other correspondence. This role requires a deep understanding of finance reports and systems.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, financial funding documents, and correspondence.
  • Research/analyze financial and production information via Working Capital Fund Systems to properly close out Job Order Numbers (JONs).
  • Validate End Item Sales Price (EISP) detailed information.
  • Confirm material replacement percentages and investigate material overages.
  • Reconcile outstanding equipment documents as needed.
  • Other duties associated with the role of the WCF Production Analyst as assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree OR five (5) years' experience in accounting, finance, economics, or a logistics related discipline.

Experience

  • Experience must include using Working Capital Fund specific computer systems, knowledge of the correct processes associated with Job Order Number (JON) close-outs, as well as detailed knowledge on End Item Sales Price (EISP) development/validation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, is required.
  • Prior experience in DoD governmental budgeting/finance is preferred.

License, Cert or Registration

  • Must have a valid state driver's license when required by job assignment.
  • Must obtain a valid government driver's license when required by job assignment.
  • Must obtain the level of Industrial Security Clearance required by the Government.

Special knowledge, skills, & abilities

  • Must have the ability to properly utilize advanced analytical techniques needed to conduct complex studies and analyses.
  • Must be physically able to perform duties and responsibilities of the classification.
  • Must be able to work with required materials without debilitating irritation to skin, eyes or respiratory system while wearing the required personal protective equipment.
