Treasury Analyst-Pittsburgh Paint Company

The Treasury Analyst will work closely with the Manager of Treasury and Risk on various strategic treasury issues including, but not limited to, capital markets activities, management of global foreign exchange risk and treasury projects and analyses. This is a highly visible position and with the opportunity to gain an understanding of the treasury function.

This is a hybrid position based in Cranberry Township, PA, and reporting directly to the Manager of Treasury and Risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast weekly cash position while implementing cash management strategies that minimize the organizations financial risk and maximize liquidity by managing cash flow, optimizing cash balances and minimizing borrowing costs.
  • Make recommendations to maximize net return on cash and investments.
  • Assist with debt compliance reporting
  • Liaison with our stores to ensure that their experience depositing money at various banks is going smoothly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline treasury processes and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare financial analysis and make recommendations to management, to assist with making informed business decisions that align with the organization's financial goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to assist management in ensuring that the organization remains financially stable and sustainable.
  • Maintain bank accounts and related documentation
  • Monitor bank fees
  • Identify and manage process improvement projects
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business is required. A finance-oriented Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Previous financial analysis experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, financial modeling and presentation software is required (MS Office suite preferred).
  • Knowledge of and experience with corporate finance, financial markets and risk management preferred.
