Publishing PM
1.Course Publishing Support & Consultation: Serve as a strategic advisor to program teams for on-demand (non-ILT) publishing modalities and their implications for learner experience, compliance, and reporting by ...



  • Supporting the publishing processes, compliance checklists, and targeting strategy.


  • Helping GLS navigate publishing complexities and avoid misalignment.


  • Recommending governance updates and QA standards in collaboration with design and required learning teams.


  • Ensuring alignment with the Microsoft Required Learning Policy


  • Coordinating with ESPO (Employee Skilling Publishing Operations) for publishing logistics, SFIDs, LPIDs, and testing


  • Supporting LAC Product Management by driving COE publishing and targeting standards along with compliance and security standards as well as maintaining product/training documentation (e.g. LETS)


  • Supporting Content Management / Content Life-Cycle Management by ensuring quality standards, conducting clean-up activities, and performing quality audits (e.g. titles, thumbnails, descriptions, skills tags, refresh dates)


  • Providing audience generation and targeting support to the Preventing Workplace Harassment program.




2. Publishing Ecosystem Stakeholder Management and Governance Efforts



  • Consulting and advising on GLD's publishing intake process ("Front Door")


  • Supporting GLS Operations in becoming a Center of Excellence (COE) for publishing and learning path creation (as needed)


  • Driving process optimization efforts (any form of intake, governance, compliance, end user support)


  • Participating in governance conversations to ensure policy, procedure, and quality standard consistency across TDIL and Viva Academies. Work includes supporting the Required Learning Program office.


  • Supporting change management efforts for the Operations and Required Learning Programs, specifically working with content owners on depreciation of courses and assisting the shift in agentic AI utilization efforts to support both the program content and the COE support model.
