We are Dover Precision Components, #LifeAtDPC I.SUMMARY The Continuous ImprovementLeader is accountable for executing the corporate lean continuous improvement (CI) initiatives for our manufacturing facility. The strategy this person develops will result in a significant impact to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity (SQDIP). He/she will provide training, expertise and direction for improvement activities to support the business goals and objectives at plant level. He/she will also work closely with the plant manager, corporate CI team, as well as a cross-functional team, to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective operational/business solutions for all aspects of the plant. Work Arrangement : Onsite Pay Range: $90,774 - $102,540 Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
