Tecta America, the nation's premier commercial roofing company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Roofing Service Operations Specialist to join our innovative team. About the Role
As a National Roofing Service Operations Specialist, you'll be instrumental in optimizing service operations across the country while prioritizing safety and quality.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Partnering with local service teams to standardize procedures and implement best practices for superior service delivery.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards to track KPIs and monitor progress at national and local levels.
  • Training and supporting local teams to uphold company standards and protocols.
  • Acting as a bridge between local service teams, national sales, safety, and regional accounting to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Supporting the rollout of new service initiatives and technologies to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Conducting financial and capacity analyses to optimize revenue, reduce costs, and improve utilization and productivity.
  • Collaborating with regional accounting to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics.
  • Driving strategic initiatives to expand service offerings, increase market share, and maximize revenue.
  • Evaluating pricing strategies and contract terms to align with profitability goals and market competitiveness (we're not the low-price provider!).
  • Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to strengthen client relationships and boost revenue.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contributing to sales and marketing strategies to support revenue growth and enhance local brand positioning.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance/Accounting, or a related field (or 10+ years of equivalent experience in service operations management).
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, financial analysis, strategic planning, or service/maintenance in commercial roofing or a related industry.
  • Proven success in implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with service or project management software.

Travel Requirement
This role requires approximately 75% travel to visit local offices, project sites, and training locations nationwide, including regular flights and overnight stays.
