Job Title: Loan Callback
Location: West Sahara
What you'll do: As a Loan Operations Administrator you'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines related to loan operations, specializing in quality control ("callback") of boarded loans, processed transactions, loan file maintenance, and other core system processes.
- Callback QC review of loans boarded to core systems, including new loans, renewal/extension or modifications of existing loans, including all rates, payment schedules, dates, codes and collateral.
- Callback QC review of loan documents in relation to servicing activities.
- Callback QC review of file maintenance of loan, commitment, and note levels in core systems.
- Callback QC review of loan transactions processed in core systems.
- Callback QC review of loan core systems changes (i.e. Bank Control changes, Interest Rate System change, etc.)
What you'll need:
- 1+ years of related experience in Loan Operations, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field.
- High school diploma required.
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Knowledge of one or more loan types.
- Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $31.94 - $39.45 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
