General Purpose:

This position is responsible for performing maintenance on plant structure, such as floors, lighting, walls, ceilings, outside roof, and grounds; perform small construction projects, such as room additions; and maintain ground equipment, such as pressure washers, mowers, forklifts, and plant vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Timely completion of Building Maintenance Work Orders.

* Complete timely and accurate repairs.

* Maintain Grounds.

* Ensure safety of building structure and proper functioning.

* Maintain Grounds Equipment.

* Perform root cause analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
Verifiable building and grounds maintenance experience, residential wiring, concrete/tile work, minor automotive repair, plumbing, painting, and construction experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must have strong mechanical / construction skills.
