Lead IT Support Analyst (onsite)

About the role

As a Lead IT Support Analyst, you will make an impact by assists in the training and mentoring of the IT Support staff to provide ongoing, quality technical support according to established company guidelines and standard operating procedures You will be a valued member of the Healthcare team and work collaboratively with CIS leaders.

In this role, you will

* Lead as the next escalation contact for IT support technicians, direct as the POC/SME, and assist in training and mentoring IT Support staff

* Oversee the implementation of IT Support projects (new business or IT-related initiatives to activities)

* Drive continuous improvement in the area of field services

* Delegate assignments to the appropriate Field Services team members

* Provide informal performance feedback to Field Services leads and managers on an ongoing basis

Work model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Magna - UT.

What you need to have to be considered

* 3-5 years of experience in Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows 11) , MAC OS

* 3-5 years of experience in Office 365, and Microsoft Software (SharePoint, Teams).

* 3-5 years of experience in PC Hardware troubleshooting and PLC's, scanners, printers

These will help you stand out

* ITIL Certification

* Microsoft & Other Technical Certifications

* Bachelor's or Technical Degree

* Healthcare IT Experience

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
