Stellantis isseekinga Labor Operations Analyst in the NA Parts & Accessories Planning & Launch Management organization. The right candidate will be highly skilled, solutions-oriented with program management skills, strong understanding of Stellantis warranty systems and Labor Operations, and a hands-on approach to continuously improve the identification, resolution, and implementation of labor operations requiredin the dealer network.

The LOP Analyst will lead the analytics or the Labor Operations process used to determine repair time allotted to the dealer network for each warranty repair. You will serve as the main point of connection between multiple teams and suppliers. Specific focus will be on ensuring Labor Operation accuracy at vehicle launch and management of historical information to ensure repair effectiveness and efficient usage of LOP codes, descriptions, and time. The candidate mustpossessa combination of strong technical skills, as well as a do-what-it-takes attitude and a person who communicates clearly across all company levels.

The selected candidate will need to possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple high visibility projects concurrently, and deliver results per target requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Review and approve Labor Operations in accordance with company policies & standards


  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality and completion of labor time-related tasks


  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex set up of labor operation warranty concerns.


  • Perform data analytics to ensure accuracy of Labor Operations across vehicle lines and identify / execute labor time optimization wherever possible


  • Lead development and implementation of system improvements


  • Understand diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Stellantis vehicles, including electric and hybrid models.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree


  • 5+years of relevant technical experience working with Stellantis Aftersales systems and servicing of Stellantis vehicles


  • Excellent problem-solving skills


  • Proven ability to work effectively and influence stakeholder across cross-functional teams


  • Ability to drive innovation and passion about learningnew technologies


  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, suppliers and warranty operations staff


  • Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences


  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced work environment with minimumassistance



Preferred Qualifications:



  • MBA
  • Technical certification in automotive repair


  • 7+years of relevant technical experience, working with Stellantis warranty systems or servicing of Stellantis vehicles


  • Experience interacting with Dealerships and/or Field systems and processes


  • Thorough knowledge of the automotive service industry, technical supportmethodology, and service repair instruction development
