Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, you will play a crucial role in designing, shaping, evaluating, and administering employee benefits programs. You will ensure that our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant with legal requirements, and aligned with the company's overall objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of benefits strategies, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively across departments.

Key responsibilities:





    • Administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, and COBRA, ensuring compliance with plan documents and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct audits and reconciliations of enrollment data, payroll deductions, and vendor invoices to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy.
    • Lead the annual open enrollment process, including planning, employee communications, vendor coordination, and system updates and testing.
    • Maintain benefits records in HRIS and related systems, ensuring timely updates and documentation in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
    • Analyze benefits data and trends to identify areas for process improvement and cost control; prepare regular reports for management review.
    • Serve as a liaison between employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve benefits-related inquiries and issues in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Stay current on federal, state, and local benefits regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA) and assist with ensuring ongoing compliance.
    • Participate in benefits-related projects, such as plan changes, system implementations, or wellness initiatives, providing analytical and operational support.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Deep knowledge of employee benefits regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with ta focus on interpreting data, identifying trends, and making recommendations that enhance employee wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication skills with a nurturing ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Pay & Benefits




  • Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $83,000
  • Relocation is not provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement
