Set-Up Technician

Staffmark is hiring a Setup Technician in Jacksonville, AR to coordinate and execute production activities according to the master schedule. Pay: $21.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute production schedules for assigned items.
• Address material or resource shortages to support on-time job completion.
• Manage and update manufacturing orders using AS400 MRP reports.
• Ensure all work orders include current engineering drawings and revisions.
• Review customer order changes and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Track, recreate, and manage work orders and production packets.
• Maintain accurate planning data (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, etc.).
• Communicate delays or issues to the Master Scheduler.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in Production Control, Inventory, Purchasing, Warehousing, or Manufacturing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Kanban systems and SAP software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate) and Word (Basic).
• Strong math and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage detailed tasks and documentation independently.
• Flexibility to work extra hours or weekends as needed.
