United Tool is seeking a strategic Production Supervisor to lead operations across 1st and 2nd shifts, overseeing a skilled team of machinists and leads. This is a new role with the opportunity to shape our structure, people, and processes for the future. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery Train and mentor leads and machinists, coach through technical and programming challenges Develop training processes and drive continuous improvement and process change Align quality with operations by enforcing ISO and QMS standards Provide strategic planning around staffing, scheduling, and equipment Drive accountability and support a high-performance, results-driven culture Qualifications: 5+ years of CNC machining and turning experience (required) Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment Experience training and developing teams Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems Success in process improvement and change implementation Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to lead with vision and inspire team performance Benefits: Competitive wage (based on experience) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays
